Scala Announces Major Release of Core Digital Signage Platform, Scala Enterprise v13.60

BERWYN, PA, US—April 9, 2026—Leading marketing technology and digital signage company Scala today announced a major release of its core digital signage platform, Scala Enterprise version 13.60. This update focuses on user experience and efficiency, with highlights including player visibility, licensing improvements, security, and overall system performance. 

Key highlights include:

• Player overview—A modernized card-based layout gives users easier navigation, full transparency, and deeper insights in the overview screen, including overall health at a glance, and a real-time snapshot view of rich media playback 
• Windows 11 version 26H1 compatibility for Scala software—The release advances Windows support to the latest release, Windows 11 version 26H1, for all Scala platforms, providing greater security and faster processing power 
• Licensing management—Improved efficiency of day-to-day operations include language support and onboarding enhancements
• Security and compliance—Updates, including credential encryption and tighter access controls, ensure the latest protocols in security hardening are in use
• Platform and infrastructure—Upgrades to support long-term scalability and stability
