1. Go to Content Manager / Network / Maintenance Jobs

2. Select the File Uploads, navigate to, and download the remote update ZIP file.

   Example: Release_5_1_23_player_remote_update.zip

3. Select 'New' to create a new maintenance job, select the type Player, and select 'next'.

Example type: Scala Player maintenance job

4. Name the job, select 'Next'.

5. Give the update task a name, select the task command 'Install software update’.

6. From the right side select the remote update ZIP file you downloaded and it should now appear on the left side. If the Player's Windows account does not have permission to update you can now entry an account that does in 'Run as:", and its password. 'Add Task' and the task should be listed below.

7. Select the Scheduling tab. Schedule when you want it to update. ASAP is best. If selecting a time make sure you account for the time the synchronized Plan needs to be delivered.

8. Select the Player's tab. Select the Player(s) you wish to send the update to.

9. Save the Maintenance Job.

10. Synchronize the Players.
