How do I get a MM200 replacement manual?

The MM200 manual is no longer available in book format. It is available on CD in PDF format. To obtain a replacement Manual please do the following:

You will need to send a letter via standard International AirPost in a standard business envelope to:

This letter must contain the following:

A photocopy of your Purchase Order/Invoice (or Sales Receipt) with the transaction line referring to the purchase of Scala MultiMedia MM200 circled.

OR

A photocopy of your MM200 registration card.

USD$20.00 in INTERNATIONAL POSTAL REPLY COUPONS.

OR

A check in the amount of USD$20 denominated in U.S.A. dollars and drawn from a U.S. Bank. The check is to be payable to: "Scala, Inc."

No other payment method is permitted. There can be no exceptions.

Your shipping address on a PLAIN SHEET OF PAPER. Your address must be printed, typed, or hand written in UPPER CASE BLOCK LETTERS. The address information must be in a 4 cm high by 10 cm wide rectangular region. This will be your shipping label!!! Failure to provide a clear and correct address could result is the Postal loss of your replacement manual!

The letter must contain these three pieces of paper and NOTHING else. This must be a standard business letter envelope containing: The Invoice/Receipt OR Registration card photocopy; The International
Postal Reply Coupon or $20.00 U.S.A. currency check drawn on a U.S.A. Bank; The plain sheet of paper with your address written clearly in BLOCK letters within a 10 cm across by 4 cm tall rectangular region.

Make positive that the letter is clearly addressed to:
