Windows XP compatibility issue with TrueType font Architect.TTF.

We have found a case of a TrueType font Architect.TTF that installs
and works fine under Windows 2000. However if you try to manually
install this font under Windows XP or XP-embedded, you get a dialog
box that says:

     Unable to install the font

Unable to install the Architect (TrueType) font. The font
     file may be damaged.

Check with your font vendor about obtaining a new file.

The problem is if a font such as this is included in a Scala
presentation, then the Scala ICPlayer will not be able to install the font either. The error message looks something like this:

     ERROR Error 39.11:
There was an error installing the TrueType font "Architect".
The most likely cause of this problem is that the font has a file format
problem that prevents it from being installed under Windows NT or
           Windows 2000.

We had previously found that there are some fonts that work fine under Windows 95/98, but fail in exactly the above manner in NT or 2000.
However, this is the first time we found a font that works in 2000 but fails in XP / XP-embedded.
