How do I update my IC3 Players with a new release remotely?

1. You need to obtain the IC3 Player CAB file from the release update CD. When you place the Release CD in to your CD-ROM drive you should be prompted with the Welcome page. Select IC3 Application Updates. You should now see a link for 'Release Update for IC3 Player CAB File'. Save this CAB file to your Publish Location. If you cannot find this in the Welcome page you can find the CAB file on the CD at :\Updates\Remote\ICPlayer_Update.cab.

2. Create a new job in Network Manager. Under Tasks select Command: Install Software Update. Select your Publish Location. Under File you should see the ICPlayer_Update.cab listed. ADD the task. Select the Players you wish to update, and complete the job.

3. Once the IC3 Player receives and executes the update it will reboot.
