How do I get a InfoChannel Designer 3 CD replacement?
To obtain a replacement CD please do the following:
You will need to send a letter via standard International AirPost in a standard business envelope to:

Attn: IC Designer 3 media replacement

This letter must contain the following:
(1)
A photocopy of your Purchase Order/Invoice (or Sales Receipt) with the transaction line referring to the purchase of Scala Designer 3 circled.
(2)
The 1st "inside" page of the of the "InfoChannel DESIGNER 3 ' Basic
Authoring User's Guide'" manual. This is the 'title page' with the
words "BASIC AUTHORING USER'S GUIDE" across the top. The ACTUAL page is
required--no photocopy is permitted.

USD$20.00 in INTERNATIONAL POSTAL REPLY COUPONS.
OR
A check in the amount of $20 denominated in U.S.A. dollars and
drawn from a U.S. Bank. The check is to be payable to: "Scala, Inc."
No other payment method is permitted. There can be no exceptions.

Your shipping address on a PLAIN SHEET OF PAPER. Your address must
be printed, typed, or hand written in UPPER CASE BLOCK LETTERS. The
address information must be in a 4 cm high by 10 cm wide rectangular
region. This will be your shipping label!!! Failure to provide a clear
and correct address could result is the Postal loss of your replacement
CD disc!
The letter must contain these four pieces of paper and NOTHING
else. This must be a standard business letter envelope containing: The
Invoice/Receipt OR Registration card photocopy; The manual's Title
Page; The International Postal Reply Coupon or $20.00 U.S.A. currency
check drawn on a U.S.A. Bank; The plain sheet of paper with your
address written clearly in BLOCK letters within a 10 cm across by 4 cm
tall rectangular region.
Make positive that the letter is clearly addressed to:

U.S.A.
The CD will be shipped in a protected cardboard envelope via U.S.
Priority International AirPost using the return address you have
provided.
