The Applied Multimedia Unit (AMU) is a new program at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. The AMU provides a variety of services to the students and faculty of the university. It has two main functions: 1) offering an academic program in multimedia production and 2) assisting faculty in integrating technology into their teaching efforts. The AMU works under the School of Science.
