Requirements for Windows NT 4 Machines.

note NOTE: If you have Windows 2000, then read no further; you only need Service Pack 1 before you are all set and ready to download iplay now. The following is for Windows NT 4 users only.

Determine Which Service Pack is Installed.

Check which service pack is installed by going to Administrative Tools / Windows NT Diagnostics in the Start Menu. In the Version Tab, look under where it says Microsoft NT Workstation. If it is below Service Pack 3 or does not show any at all, please upgrade via Microsoft's site. If you are running SP3 or higher, all you need is Media Player, outlined below.

First, check to see which Media Player is installed, if at all. Usually it is found under Accessories, Entertainment, or Audio in the Start Menu. If it is there, select the entry and then click on Help -> About.

If the version shown is lower than 6.4, not listed, or you couldn't find the program at all, then please download it from Microsoft's site or see our step-by-step instructions for installing it.
