InfoChannel Designer 1 crashes with error in "WMADMOD.DLL" with Windows Media Player 9.

We have encountered several customers that have had problems adding files using the add file dialog in Designer 1 after upgrading to Windows Media Player 9.

The problem occurs when "List Mode" is off. Designer 1 attempts to generate a thumbnail for every file, but certain files (like .wav, .mp3, and .mpeg) cause a crash.

This fix is to download Service Pack 5 for Designer 1.

The Scala Website requires that JavaScript (Active Scripting) be enabled.

Please go to Tools, Internet Options under the Menus. Select the Security Tab, then Custom Level button. Then click the Enable button under Scripting / Active Scripting. Hit OK, then OK again to exit requestors. You will know it's working when you see a "More" link in the links beneath the Tabs.

You can still use the website without changing this setting, but certain features will be disabled.
