Professional photographs site recommendation

Can anyone recommend a site for high class
professional photographs suitable for corporate
presentations. I am currently looking particulary
for images in the medical (doctors) field, but am
always on the lookout. I am a coreldraw9 user,
they have quite an impressive range on the studio
CD, but I have yet to come across many suitable
for a presentation I will be doing for an
accountant to the medical fraternity. HIs subject
is GST (goods and services tax), but I would like
to have some classy backdrops relevant to the
medical fraternity.

The Scala Website requires that JavaScript (Active Scripting) be enabled.

Please go to Tools, Internet Options under the Menus. Select the Security Tab, then Custom Level button. Then click the Enable button under Scripting / Active Scripting. Hit OK, then OK again to exit requestors. You will know it's working when you see a "More" link in the links beneath the Tabs.

You can still use the website without changing this setting, but certain features will be disabled.
