Layering

I am trying to put type over a clip (glowing png
file with an alpha channel) and make it glow
behind the type. so I set my type to wipe first
on layer 1 and the glow to dissolve in and out
quickly on layer 0. the result is the type wipes
then the glow dissolves over the top of the type
and then the type comes to the top. It blinks
rather being smooth. Any suggestions? Thanks

The Scala Website requires that JavaScript (Active Scripting) be enabled.

Please go to Tools, Internet Options under the Menus. Select the Security Tab, then Custom Level button. Then click the Enable button under Scripting / Active Scripting. Hit OK, then OK again to exit requestors. You will know it's working when you see a "More" link in the links beneath the Tabs.

You can still use the website without changing this setting, but certain features will be disabled.
