Well all you need is a video card that has a tv output. I use ATI's All in
wonder video card to send my MM200 script to a TV. Another new card that
is good is the Matrox G400 card.
After you have the card installed and running just
plug the TV into the proper scokets on the back of your PC and hit the Run
key in MM200 your script will play through your TV.

If you require output to be broadcast quality or
near broadcast quality, I would suggest that you
use CorioScan Connect from TVone or the DeltaScan
GL Genlock from Tvone. I have tried both the ATI
card and currently have the Matrox G400 and the
output from either card is very poor at best,
nothing that you would be able to sell to a
customer.
I have used Deltascan genlock for several years.
It is a TERIFFIC product! I have tried numerous
genlocks over the years (including time base
correctors and frame synchronizers)...and the
Deltascan works the best...and it's only a few
hundred dollars. Only thing better (to produce
super-sharp text below 25 lines high----and make
your graphics look like CNN-quality) would be one
of the $2,000 deals.

PS. I use ICD/Deltascan as our CG
and "framestore" for our KLEP UHF TV station, as
well. Can't tell the difference in quality over
broadcast still stores costing thousands and
thousands!
