Goto Tools->ex->MCI MPEG EX and enable Disable Direct Draw and Disable Direct Sound. Leave all others to unchecked.
Set the Full Screen mode to your Desktop resolution and script resolution (all should be same to avoid mode switching problems).

Here is the way I used :
1. Encode your clip with LSX plugin to MPEG2.
2. Install Elecard MPEG2 decoder in your ICD machine.
3. Run the MPEG file within ICD (SP4) using MCI MPEG.
4. If you dont want sound, RT DV AVI files can be run directly on a Win2K machine using the same MCI MPEG.
