Workflow issue:

The system we have running the scala programming (likely obviously) is the same machine which we update on. Is there a way to have the scala programming play, while using the host machine to do updates--- didn't find anything
in the documentation. Detailed instructions would be most helpful!

hello we are having some difficulties updating our iplay channels. we are connecting to our own website aswell as the scala guide yet we recieve a message that an upgrade is required. we have done this but we still continue to recieve the same message. Can anyone help with thios query it would be most appreciated. Also do we need to uplode iplay to our website for our own computers to download our channel even though they have iplay already installed. again any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. thanks amanda.

The Scala Website requires that JavaScript (Active Scripting) be enabled.

Please go to Tools, Internet Options under the Menus. Select the Security Tab, then Custom Level button. Then click the Enable button under Scripting / Active Scripting. Hit OK, then OK again to exit requestors. You will know it's working when you see a "More" link in the links beneath the Tabs.

You can still use the website without changing this setting, but certain features will be disabled.
