Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs)

LCDs have come a long way in the past few years, and a long way down in price. Monitors in sizes of 15" and 17" are now commonplace in the industry and still look great for corporate communications, conference meeting room signage, elevators, and touchscreen kiosks. As most still have 4:3 aspect ratios, they are a natural choice for Scala InfoChannel when space is at a premium with minimal effort. A few recent advances have pushed the bar up to as high as 40", and with a longer life than plasma, they will continue to be a good bet for the long-term investor.

The Scala Website requires that JavaScript (Active Scripting) be enabled.

Please go to Tools, Internet Options under the Menus. Select the Security Tab, then Custom Level button. Then click the Enable button under Scripting / Active Scripting. Hit OK, then OK again to exit requestors. You will know it's working when you see a "More" link in the links beneath the Tabs.

You can still use the website without changing this setting, but certain features will be disabled.
