Where is winscript ex?

I have been reading about this, but have no idea where to find it. It does not come up under Tools>options>ex

Does it come with ICD3? I have upgraded from IC200 and I am on the service plan.

It should be one of the columns at the top of the screen of designer, right below system menu.
If it is not visible you may have set some of other columns (No, Name, Background, Wipe, Timing, Input ...) too wide and WinScript could not fit to screen. If that is the case, move horizontal slider above page list (or page thumbnails) to the right and you should see WinScript column.

The Scala Website requires that JavaScript (Active Scripting) be enabled.

Please go to Tools, Internet Options under the Menus. Select the Security Tab, then Custom Level button. Then click the Enable button under Scripting / Active Scripting. Hit OK, then OK again to exit requestors. You will know it's working when you see a "More" link in the links beneath the Tabs.

You can still use the website without changing this setting, but certain features will be disabled.
