We have 2 scala players. When i send one script from the networkmanager/designer machine to these players, one of the players will hang when playing video. Is there a sollution for? Maybe some settings? Thanks!

Hi,
It would help if you could provide more information.
What kind of video? What codec? bitrate? e.t.c
Does it hang even when playing from mediaplayer from within Windows?
Does it work in Designer but not on the Player?
Are the design and playback systems the same hardware and if so, do they have the same version of drivers/codecs and so on?
regards - Mike
The Scala video hangs after i have upgrade to version 7.1. Before it was pefect. It is always after our leader. I think it hangs on the next video that would be played. All is mpeg2. The codec is a hardware RTX100 codec. All systems has the same hardware and it is also on the player as on the designer. Could it also be a setting in the networkmanager or so? Is it also nessasary to copy the mpeg files to the player harddrive? Thanks again.
