Hi all,
from a ICD1 presentation on a CD i wanna launch a html file (or a pdf file too) called 'p.html' in the data directory on the published cd.
Anybody knows how i can point to the cd-drive letter? (this will change from a system to another).
ciao
/paolo
Hi,
You don't need the drive letter, just refer to the file as "Data:\filename.ext".
It should be found if it's set up properly.
Hope this helps - Mike
Hi Mike,
i've a pdf file in the 'data:\' directory called 'a.pdf', and i've a file called 'p.html' in the same path, but i've a problem:
1. in a special event called if you're clicking a button, i set Launch "data:\a.pdf". My system launch acrobat, then i receive a strange error message 'the path or the name file are incorrect'.
2. in a second button i've setted the 'show www page' option that points to the url 'file:///data:\p.html'. This will not work (obv. the browser do'nt know the 'data:\' path).
3. in a third button i've setted the 'show www page' option to the url 'p.html'. My browser is searching a site called 'p.html' (less obv.).
Has You (or anybody) any idea?
Thanks a lot.
Ciao, Paolo
Thanks to Scala support for the indication and informations about embedding a pdf file on an published ICD1 CD (see ICD1FAQ too...)
