when playing a mpeg video in IC3 by "action" command, the video is displayed very slow and freeze from time to time, changed overlay option... nothing change.
the problem appears for all videos since i installed IC3.
i tried to remove graphic card to another, nothing change !
if i put a graphic card and not install is driver by using default XP driver, playback run well ???
config: IC3 designer release 6C
Windows XP service pack 1
graphic card: ATI radeon 9200 SE
PC: Pentium 4, 3 Ghz 512 Mhz
PC: Pentium 4, 3 Ghz RAM 512 Mo
and run well on windows media player
First try reducing the video accerlation a notch or two. Strange, a gereric video driver uses more cpu resources but you say you're are getting better video.
Your system could be mis-configured. For example, the motherboard chipset drivers may be improperly installed causing the AGP GART/Video driver not to function. The VESA driver cannot out-perform the correct HW driver. It may be resolved with a complete OS re-installation by a technetium that is familiar with the proper chipset drivers for your motherboard.
