Flash file in ICD

Can we run Flash file in ICD. If Yes Then How if No then Please Tell me Way

currently we r using Gif file for logo now we wnat logo or scroll banner in thorugh flash file. Som please help us

There's no support for Flash in ICD or any version of IPlay.
Only IC3 and ICPlayer3 (flagship product),have support for this.
Why? - well, i guess it _could_ be implemented but it's not by design and probably never will be.

The Scala Website requires that JavaScript (Active Scripting) be enabled.

Please go to Tools, Internet Options under the Menus. Select the Security Tab, then Custom Level button. Then click the Enable button under Scripting / Active Scripting. Hit OK, then OK again to exit requestors. You will know it's working when you see a "More" link in the links beneath the Tabs.

You can still use the website without changing this setting, but certain features will be disabled.
