Is anyone out there using the Pioneer PDP-425CMX or the PDP-424MV 42" Plasmas? We want to be able to turn the plasmas on/off by RS-232C codes in the scripts at certain times of the day, but all attempts thus far to get the codes from Pioneer have not met with any success.
If anyone has a copy of the RS-232C codes (and is willing to share it), please post on this forum or emailto :

Thanks
I will forward your question to our technical department, they have almost every code in their library or can talk to Pioneer directly. I hope I can help and will put the necessary codes in your mail, or better, in this forum.
Hi, here are the two code:
on= "^x0201PON^x03 ( where 01 is the adress of the plasma )
Off= "^x0201POF^x03 (where 01 is the adress of the plasma )
Don't forget to adjust the baudrate of the PC and the Plasma at the same speed

I'll see if I have any luck with these. Thanks
