Ole-Henrik Eide: Chairman

Mr. Eide has over 12 years of experience in international asset management, for the last decade mainly focused on growth companies in the technology and health care sectors. Previously, he has held other management positions in various Norwegian companies. He has served as a board member in several technology companies. Mr. Eide holds a MBA from the University of Utah.

Carol Armitage: Vice Chairman

Ms. Armitage has been a director since April, 2000. Since January 1998, she has been a consultant to companies involved in broadband communications. From September 1995 to December 1997, she served in several senior management roles at General Instrument, which at the time was a supplier of broadband communications equipment for the cable television and satellite broadcast markets. Her last position there was as Senior Vice President, Technology and Strategy. From 1979 to September 1995, she held various engineering and management positions at Bell Laboratories, including Director in the Wideband Access division. Ms. Armitage holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in electrical engineering from Princeton University.

Andreas Ugland: Director

Mr. Ugland has been involved in shipping for 50 years and in the offshore/oil industry since it started in Norway in 1967. He is a naval architect and marine engineer by education. Mr. Ugland has always been interested in new development and has been much involved in research and development. The companies that he has developed are therefore known for innovation. In 1984 he was bestowed with the highest award by the Norwegian King to a private person "Knight of First Class of the Royal Norwegian Saint Olav's Order" for his innovative work for Norwegian shipping. A few years ago he distributed the shares in his main company with one-third to each of his three sons, but he is still interested in new developments. He presently is involved in about thirty companies and organizations worldwide.

Andreas Ove Ugland: Director

Educated with degrees from Newcastle upon Tyne and New York University, Mr. Ugland established a ship management company in the United Kingdom, which was developed into a major shipping operation culminating in a listing on the London Stock Exchange in 1993. Mr. Ugland led the public company, Ugland International Holdings plc, through a period of rapid growth until he privatised the company in 2000 following the sale of the core business of car carrier vessels.

Mr. Ugland has lived in the Cayman Islands for 10 years and is chairman of Queensgate Bank & Trust Compant Ltd. a "B" licensed bank which has been in operation since 1990. In addition to his charmanship of Ugland International Holdings plc, he also has been chairman of Oslo-listed companies Swan Reefer ASA and Ugland Nordic Shipping ASA.

He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the New York Stock Exchange-listed company, Nordic American Tanker Shipping Limited and is chairman of a number of privately-owned companies in the Cayman Islands, the United States, and Europe.

Hans Othar Blix: Director

Mr. Blix is a venture capitalist, investor and the chairman of Pollex AS, his privately owned investment company. He serves as a director of several growth companies as well as investment companies. Mr. Blix holds a Master in Business of Marketing (MBM) from Handelshøyskolen BI in Oslo, Norway, as well as a degree in computer science from EDB Høyskolen in Oslo, Norway. His has extensive experience in stock exchange related work, private placements, mergers, acquisitions, strategic planning and execution. Main focus is technology, IT and telecom.

Gerard Bucas: Director

As CEO of Scala, Inc., Mr. Bucas steers an innovative course by leading Scala's strategy to accelerate revenue growth, improve operating margins, develop critical business partnerships and focus the company on the growing Digital Signage industry. Digital Media Magazine recently named Mr. Bucas one of the Digital Media 100 top leaders in 2004. Mr. Bucas has been deeply involved in the computer and high-tech industry for more than thirty years. He is a Business & Computer Science graduate from the University of South Africa where his passion for the industry started in Operations Research and enterprise- wide Management Control & Information Systems. This was followed by pioneering work in the development of digital public packet switching networks and distributed network operating systems, leading to a senior Strategic Planning and Advanced Technology role at Olivetti in Italy and California. He then joined Commodore International where he was appointed as Vice President of Technology in 1985. In 1988 he started Great Valley Products, which became the leading third-party supplier in the worldwide Amiga aftermarket and the company was subsequently listed in the "Inc 100" fastest growing private companies. In 1991 he was a finalist in the "Entrepreneur of the Year" competition sponsored by Inc Magazine, Ernst & Young et al.
