Scala is seeking interns for both the Summer and Fall of 2011.  We are looking for a team of interns to assist various departments to help maintain Scala's leadership in the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Scala Marketing in daily activities, including public relations and all communications.  Additionally, will work on researching the Greater Philadelphia Metro area for exhibition and speaking opportunities.

• Research and gather information on the digital signage industry;
• Uncover speaking and marketing opportunities in different vertical markets;
• Organize data, perform searches and run reports in the sales database;
• Contribute written works for outbound marketing communication;
• Assist Marketing Manager for the US & Oceania regions;
• Contribute to company social marketing; and
• Compile up to date industry reports and related news.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Strong back in proofreading;
  
• Internet research capability with quick turnaround
  
• Result oriented;
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Project management skills;
• Ability to work as a part of a team;
  
• Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  
• Have a sense of humor.
